Unified Cornhole: Athlete Registration
Description
Join us for our Unified Bags season! We will hold 6–8 practices leading up to the Regional Competition on April 11th. Teams who qualify will advance to the State Summer Games, June 12th–14th.
Unified Bags Registration Details:
Athletes (individuals with special needs): Please register as usual on registration day.
Unified Partners (friends, family, community members, or peers without special needs): Please email us at info@rivervalleysra.com to request the registration link.
Athletes may bring their own partner or we can assign one. If you are selecting your own partner, please notify our office so we can confirm their registration.
Both athletes and unified partners must complete registration, pay applicable fees, and provide the required background information through Special Olympics. All athletes and unified partners are required to purchase a Special Olympics t-shirt. This shirt can also be used for other RVSRA Special Olympics sports.

Attendance
By signing up, athletes must be committed and will be expected to attend a minimum of 70% of scheduled practices.

Special Olympics Medical Form
To compete in Special Olympics sports, athletes must have a COE Portal account with Special Olympics. This free online portal requires two forms to be completed by the athlete and/or parent/guardian: the Athlete Acknowledgement Form and the Health History Form. Please contact our office if you need help setting up your account or have questions about form expiration dates.

Additional Fees
Should your athlete advance to state, an additional state fee will be applied to your account and must be paid prior to attending state.

Transportation
Transportation may be offered for games but is not guaranteed.
