Nature in your Neighborhood
Description
Nature in the Neighborhood is an invitation for prospective preschool families to explore Ithaca’s lesser-known natural areas with Ithaca Forest Preschool! Caregivers - bring your children (ages 0-5) and join Ithaca Forest Preschool staff in guided nature experiences, including songs, stories, crafts and nature play! Each day, we’ll share routines that will help you and your young ones find joy and connection in the natural world. This is an all outdoor program, so dress for the weather!

What to bring? In addition to weather appropriate outerwear for you and your child, you’ll want to bring your own snacks and cups for a warm drink. A change of clothes and footwear is recommended for wet conditions.

This session we will be meeting at McDaniels park, in East Ithaca.
