Outdoor Crafts
Description
Using plants, soils, stones, and other bits of nature, youth at Outdoor Crafts will have opportunities to paint, construct, craft, and more. Outdoor Crafts may include activities like plant fiber rope-making, natural pigment paint-making, and stone-drilling to make beads. Outdoor crafts is an excellent program for any youth who loves the outdoors, or art.

This program will take place after school dismissal. At 2:00, Elementary youth will meet at the base of the stairs nearest to the main entrance of the school. Middle school youth will meet in the middle school cafeteria at 3:20. Youth will need to be picked up by a parent or guardian by 5PM in front of Newfield Middle School after program.

**IMPORTANT** All programs may include some outdoor time, and all youth will need to bring appropriate outdoor clothing. This may include coats, boots, hats, or gloves if weather dictates.
