JYC Summer **Week 3** Grow Your Own Way-Science, Art and Play at the Cornell Botanic Gardens
Description
For four days in July, will consider what it means to be a human in a world where plants are essential for survival. Throughout various beautiful sites in Gardens and Natural Areas, participants will explore the role of science, art, and play in connecting to the natural world, creating and using real data to find answers. We will be joined by staff from the Cornell Botanical Gardens.
Please note that each day we will meet at a different location.
July 21 Nevin Welcome Center - 124 Comstock Knoll Dr, Ithaca
July 22 Newman Arboretum -1 Plantations Rd, Ithaca (Please meet by the goldfish ponds)
July 23 Park Park - We will meet at Park Park, which is near the Flat Rock area not far from the Arboretum.

July 24 Back to the Nevin Welcome Ctr.
Participants should dress appropriately for the day and bring water and a lunch. Snacks are provided.
