Description
Please join us for the chance to talk through life with T1D after high school graduation. We'll cover many topics such as your teen's plan for parties, school, insurance, DKA and other emergencies, getting diabetes supplies independently, and transitioning to an adult endocrinologist, along with any other burning questions you may have. We'll be joined by successful young adults living with T1D, as well as local adult endocrinologist Dr. Durr.
