Sprouts Day Camp
Description
Sprouts Day Camp is a place where young campers living with type 1 diabetes can learn more about their disease, meet other children who have similar healthcare needs and simply have fun. Campers ages 5-9 years old are eligible to attend our five-day day camp program.

Sprouts Pricing
Tier 3: Camp Fee Plus Paying it Forward
This fee more closely accounts for the true costs of camp. This option is for families who are able to cover the full camp fee and pay it forward for other families to continue having the opportunity to attend camp through our scholarship fund.		+ $800.00
Tier 2: Camp Fee
This is our camp fee and is a partially subsidized fee.		+ $600.00
Tier 1: Campership
This fee allows families to pay the portion of camp fees they can (any amount less than $600) and the difference is made up by monies from our campership fund. The fee will be determined by the information provided in the campership application. We ask that all families try to pay something towards the camp fees.
