Who says ballet has to be serious? Join us for Ballet with a Twist, a journey into the world of classical ballet that prioritizes joy alongside technique. This series is perfect for adults of all levels looking for a dynamic workout that engages both the body and the mind.



We’re ditching the stiff atmosphere for a playlist that moves you—spanning everything from Tchaikovsky to Lizzo. Class follows the traditional structure—Conditioning, Barre, Center, and Across-the-Floor—but with a focus on making ballet accessible, fun, and empowering. You will build your technical foundation from the ground up, finishing each class with expansive, fluid movements that let you truly experience the "dancer’s high." Come for the technique, stay for the sweat, and leave with a smile.
