Personal Training Sessions - Multi-pack / Five Sessions
Description
Do you have the desire to explore a strength and fitness routine but don’t know where to start? Come join Beth Lantz, MB faculty member and National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach, for one-on-one personal training sessions. Beth will conduct an assessment and then create a personalized program to help you achieve your goals. Areas of focus will include: mobility and flexibility, core strength and resistance training. Sessions are 60 minutes and will take place in the Taleghani Community Fitness Center from June 15th-August 14th. Specific times will be determined on an individual basis.
