Introduction to Photography
Description
This course explores a brief history of photography, how a camera takes pictures, as well as introduces students to various styles of photography via lectures, hands on studio time, and individual and group assignments that send our students into the local community to capture images.

Students will learn the building block mechanics and standard techniques and digital workflow of modern photography using DSLR cameras and Adobe Photoshop to create personally meaningful images.
