CFAR Insurance (Cancel for Any Reason) for Scotland KPS Global Trip

Trip Insurance

Kent Place School covers the cost of standard travel insurance for all participants through a company called Travel Insured International (TII) at no additional cost.

“Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) coverage is an add-on feature to the standard policy that allows participants to cancel their trip for any reason, with partial reimbursement. This differs from standard travel insurance benefits, which only cover cancellations for specific reasons, such as illness, injury, or weather-related issues.

CFAR coverage is mandatory for all trip participants. Through TII, CFAR refunds up to 75% of the non-refundable trip cost*. This is a separate charge for CFAR in Ultracamp, due at the time of your trip deposit. Please note that any future CFAR insurance claim will require proof of payment for this within 14 calendar days of the trip deposit.
