2026 Pilgrimage to the US Southern Border
Description
The United States-Mexico borderlands has always been a beautiful mix of culture, language, cuisine, economies, and people. It has also been a place of struggle, high and low temperatures, a fragile environment, and the push and pull of immigration. The Borderlands is the perfect place to explore the arts, touch the culture, and have deeper conversations about the complicated issues that collide here. We hope you will come and explore with us all the possibilities.

On this spiritual pilgrimage, you will:

• Travel in community with others seeking wisdom for these times
• Interact and celebrate with new friends, as you come to know God in
the southwest borderlands
• Celebrate new ways to show compassion and love to the stranger as
you walk with persons, who have been offering welcome and safety to
migrants for over 15 years
• Be invited to think in new ways
• Catch visions of extraordinary grace as you mingle and learn from
migrants
• Engage experiences that will take you beyond your imagination
• Share excitement, compassion, the pain of injustice, and lament
• Gather with others from across the country at an annual event called
“Commonground On the Border”
• Lodge in the beauty and safety of Canoa Ranch Resort (next to a
quiet nature preserve for walking and meditation).

Come, See, Be Engaged, and Surprised!

The all-inclusive cost of this 6-day international pilgrimage: $1,600
