Fun with Frequencies
Description
Welcome to Fun with Frequencies where campers will kick off the excitement with our Big Science Show, “Seeing Sound!” This dynamic demonstration makes the invisible world of sound waves visible allowing us to learn all about what sound is and how we can “see” vibrations and sound waves through different visual phenomena. Campers will put their listening skills to the test with an interactive sound identification game and even build their own rubber band guitar to learn about how tension and length affect pitch and tone.
