Description
At Trailblazer Camp, foster children are empowered through a safe, nurturing environment and meaningful community. Hosted by Welcome Home Youth Advocacy in partnership with Prairie Camp, this extraordinary camp is specifically designed for kids ages 9-13 in foster care, offering them a unique opportunity to create lasting memories and build a brighter future. Through inspirational activities, campers are encouraged to blaze their own trail while recognizing they are not alone in their journey.
