Dance Around the World - Elementary
Description
Dance Around the World is a mind-body movement series that creates a safe space for children to socialize, shake out the sillies, and learn about rhythms from various cultures around the globe. Featuring hits from Nordic kids TV shows, Latin fitness workout music, kid-friendly afro house, and more, this workshop helps kids live from the heart. In this 60-minute session, participants are guided in rhythmic warm-ups, follow the basics of supportive breathing for dancing, and trauma-informed social dance etiquette.
