Unlock a new movement hobby! This 3-hour workshop introduces you to Poi, a movement art that blends dance, physics, and coordination. By attending this workshop you will gain an understanding of flow, learn foundations of poi movement and mobility, and walk away with a fun poi dance to help inspire the continuation of the practice!
