Dumpling Workshop: Handmade Potstickers
Description
In this hands-on class, students will make potstickers from scratch—mixing dough, rolling wrappers, and shaping, filling, and pan-searing dumplings. They’ll choose a classic pork or flavorful vegetarian filling and practice proper folding and cooking techniques for that signature crispy-bottom finish. Along the way, students build confidence with essential kitchen skills and leave with a deeper appreciation for global food traditions—and a delicious batch of handmade dumplings.
