Intro to Mindfulness
Description
This six-session series introduces middle schoolers to mindfulness, emotional regulation, and self-compassion. Each session blends movement, breathwork, guided practices, journaling, and honest conversations, meeting young people where they are and equipping them with practical tools they can use throughout the program and beyond.
