Welcome to the online registration as Camp Crosley staff.

You will be asked questions as though you are a camper. Answer the questions as yourself to complete the contact information along with the medical history form.

For the benefit of payroll, you are required to use your legal name only. There is another place for you to add a "nickname" if you would like.

If you wish, you may set up a camp store account and you will receive a 25% discount on any purchases.
