Young Mariner Week 7
Description
The Young Mariner Program (YMP) is a summer camp for kids entering grades 4-7 that combines marine biology, on-water exploration, and hands-on activities. Campers spend time both at the museum and on the water, learning about Cape Cod’s marine life, maritime history and environmental stewardship.

Weekly sessions run Monday through Thursday, 9 AM - 3 PM, with a STEM-based curriculum designed to spark curiosity and build confidence on and around the water

Week 7 Theme: Tidal Pools – Jellyfish and Other Marine Invertebrates
Step into the enchanting world of tidal pools, miniature marine ecosystems brimming with life. Uncover the unique adaptations of jellyfish and other fascinating invertebrates that call these ever-changing environments home. Learn how these creatures survive and thrive in the rhythm of the tides, offering a closer look at the intricate balance of life along the shoreline.
