Description
Join us for Beyond the Moon, a fun-filled spring camp experience on April 17–19 that is open to all friends and families.

From our Friday Launch Party to astronaut training, participants will stay busy all weekend with out-of-this-world crafts, friendly visits from extraterrestrials, and all the classic camp activities you know and love. This family camp is a perfect way to experience summer camp before the season begins and enjoy a weekend of adventure together. Whether you are new to camp or returning, this weekend is designed for families to explore, create, and make memories. Sign up now and get ready for a stellar adventure! 🚀🌙

Girls/Children must be accompanied by an adult registered for the event. All adults attending must have a GSUSA membership with a current background check on file.

Troop Leaders and Service Units!
If you'd like to pay for this event with troop/service unit funds, please select the sponsorship option under the main menu (3 bars on the top left of your screen) in your registration profile.

Group preorder is not available for this event.

You can find instructions for Sponsorships in the "For Troop Leaders" section of the Document Center to provide your troop the opportunity to pay with troop funds!

GSWESTOK EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
(Includes HAT, Outdoor Committee, and Alumni Events)
Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSWESTOK cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund.

Registration Cancellation by Participant. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. A doctor's note will be required for any refunds after the cancellation deadline. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
