Outdoor Committee presents Discover the Wonders of Camp 2026
Description
Come discover the wonders of camp with your Brownie friends!

Calling all Brownies who love to learn songs, play games, and explore the great outdoors. Join us for a weekend of fun and activities while learning about camp, traditions, and making new friends. You don’t want to miss this chance to fall in love with camp!

Confirmation packets containing detailed event information will be emailed to the troop leader before the event.

Cabins are on a first registered basis and girl/adult ratios must be followed. Troop First Aid rules must be followed. Health history forms are required for every person attending. Your troop First Aider will be responsible for those documents during the event.

Cost includes patch, event supplies, and all meals.

Group preorder is not available for this event.

You can find instructions for Sponsorships in the "For Troop Leaders" section of the Document Center to provide your troop the opportunity to pay with troop funds!

GSWESTOK EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
(Includes HAT, Outdoor Committee, and Alumni Events)
Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSWESTOK cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund.

Registration Cancellation by Participant. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. A doctor's note will be required for any refunds after the cancellation deadline. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
