This program will enhance your resume and help you build skills for the future. At Camp Ekowah leadership camps, campers will explore developing and delivering camp programming, learn techniques on how to work with kids, and progress toward bridging the gap from camper to staff member.
Leadership camp programs are for campers in grades 9-12 as of Fall 2026. Sessions span two weeks (not including weekends) and are offered in June.
If registering before January 1, please enter camper's current grade. All registrations January 1 and after, please enter camper's grade for next year.
Transportation is now included in the cost for added convenience! Prefer to drop your camper off yourself? Simply opt out of transportation during registration.Transportation Details:
- Sunday Drop Off at Council Office, 1600 N Robinson OKC, OK 73118 from 12 p.m.-1 p.m. Buses will leave promptly at 1:30 p.m.
- Friday Pick Up at Council Office, 1600 N Robinson OKC, OK 73118 from 12 p.m.-12:30 p.m. Buses will arrive at noon each Friday.

Troop Leaders, Service Units!
If you'd like to pay for this event with troop/service unit funds, please select the sponsorship option under the main menu (3 bars on the top left of your screen) in your registration profile.
You can find instructions for Sponsorships in the "For Troop Leaders" section of the Document Center to provide your troop/SU members the opportunity to pay with troop/SU funds!
Family members are welcome to use the sponsorship option as well; they can do so by following the same steps detailed for troop leaders in the Document Center instructions.
GSWEST EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY: (Includes HAT, Outdoor Committee, and Alumni Events)
Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma reserves the right to cancel an event due to circumstances which would make the event non-viable. Should circumstances arise that result in the cancellation or postponement of an event, GSWESTOK has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
Registration cancellations must be initiated by participants 2 weeks prior to the event date. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. If you are canceling due to a medical emergency, the deadline is 48 hours before the event start date. A doctor's note will be required for any refunds after the cancellation deadline.
Camp deposits are non-refundable. All camp refunds must be approved by the Camp Director.
Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. All refunds will be made by the same method of payment (rewards card, credit card, check, gift card). Cash will be refunded via check. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or receipt.
