Bring your family and friends to Camp Trivera for a cozy evening full of creativity and festive fun! Together we’ll make handmade holiday gifts, sip hot chocolate, and even learn the art of perfectly wrapped presents in our “Wrap It Up!” mini class, because every great gift deserves a little bow on top. Holiday cheer required — PJs optional!

Patch Opportunity: Bring a canned good or nonperishable item to donate and earn your Holiday Helper fun patch!

Join us for an evening of crafting, cocoa, and community—because the best gifts come from the heart (and maybe a little glitter too)!

Girls/Children must be accompanied by an adult registered for the event. This is intended to be a family event, but troops are welcome to attend.

Children under 5 are free with paying participant.

Troop Leaders and Service Units!
If you'd like to pay for this event with troop funds, please select the sponsorship option under the main menu (3 bars on the top left of your screen) in your registration profile.

Group preorder is not available for this event.

You can find instructions for Sponsorships in the "For Troop Leaders" section of the Document Center to reserve spaces and/or provide your troop the opportunity to pay with troop funds!

GSWESTOK EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
(Includes GAT, HAT, Outdoor Committee, and Alumni Events)
Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSWESTOK cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund.

Registration Cancellation by Participant. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. A doctor's note will be required for any refunds after the cancellation deadline. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
