To complete your child’s application, please have the following information ready:

• Medications – name, dosage, and schedule
• Medical insurance card
• Immunization record for upload
• Physician contact information

JA Camp strives to:

• Increase campers’ understanding of rheumatic diseases and their treatments
• Foster connections between campers with rheumatic conditions
• Encourage camper independence and build self-confidence
• Expose campers to new skills and interests in a safe environment where they can test their abilities

Camp activities may include kayaking, ropes course, climbing wall, archery, swimming, field games, crafts, and educational programming. Each facility may offer different activities.
