Glaze Your Work Days for these sessions are at the end of the session and will be coordinated with the instructor* Glaze Day planned after the drop in sessions are finished on 8/21 from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.

This class is designed to offer flexibility for students who may not be able to attend every session, but want to make something fun!

Come for a Drop-in Ceramics class to play with some clay and build something new! During this three-hour drop-in class, you will be introduced to the basics of pottery and have a chance to build some pottery pieces of your very own.

Each drop-in class will feature a specific project that showcases a particular technique of pottery: hand building, slab building, wheel throwing, carving, pinch pots and more. You will receive a half bag of clay (around 12 lbs.) to use during the drop-in class. Any pieces you make and would like to keep will be trimmed and prepared for bisque firing by your instructor. For glaze firing, you can choose between coming in for a glazing day towards the end of the session of classes or having us glaze your piece for you.
