Sculptural Ceramics | with Norbert Shimkus

Bring your creativity and hand-building skills as you develop a diverse range of expressive character sculptures with artist Norbert Shimkus. Participants will learn fundamental techniques for creating both standalone and articulated figures, along with effective finishing methods. Each session will commence with a brief discussion and demonstration, followed by dedicated time for hands-on building and creation.

All Adult Ceramics classes include a 25 bag of clay and full access to studio glazes and equipment, open studio hours, and space in scheduled kiln firings. Beginning students should purchase a basic pottery tool kit for class (not included in price of tuition).
