Activities

Q:Are these the only activities available at camp?
A:No! We have plenty more activities that do not have any extra cost associated with them. Your camper will have the ability to choose these activities at camp.

Q:If I select a period for an activity, is that the period I will be in that activity?
A:We strive to group campers of like skill levels together to best allow our staff to assist each camper. Due to this, we cannot guarantee that your camper will be in a particular activity period.

Q:What other activities do you have?
A:Our list of available activities changes each year depending on available resources, staff members, and camper demand, so there is no way to say for sure which activities will happen.

We generally have traditional camp type activities (canoeing, outdoor living skills, etc), craft activities, drama, and various other unique activities.

At Camp

Q:Can I send an email to my camper while they are at camp?
A:Yes! In addition to regular mail, we check for emails daily and deliver them to our campers.

To send an email to your camper, login to your account, select "Additional Options", and go to "E-mail a Camper." Your message will be delivered to your camper at kick back time.

Q:Where can I send packages to be delivered to my camper?
A:You can send packages and letters to your camper at the following address:

Q:What is my login information?
A:If you're new to our camp, you will need to create an account here to continue.

If you have been at camp before and don't remember your account information, please email webmaster@carolinacherith.com and we will work with you to get your login information.

Payments

Q:What happened to PayPal?
A:We made the decision to switch from PayPal to E-check to allow parents more flexibility as to when they schedule payments and how much they pay at a time.

We understand if you still want to make payments in PayPal, and will be glad to work with you to do so. However, please note that there is an additional $5 fee to cover what PayPal charges us to process your payment.

Q:What is the deadline for payment?
A:The deposit specified for the session is due upon registration to reserve your spot. You may choose to delay paying this deposit, but note that your spot at camp and in any activities is not guaranteed until the deposit is made.

Full payment is due upon check-in at camp. Different payment plans are available to split up payments.
