General Camp Information

Q:What is the Discovery Summer Camp Series
A:The Discovery Kids Summer Camp Series is a robust and highly engaging range of summer day camps for children in Preschool through Grade 9.

There are the different camps in the 2022 series:

Huskie Pups for ages 3-5
Huskie Pack for 1st - 6th grade
Counselors-in-Training (or CIT) for 7th - 9th grade

Q:What time does camp start and finish?
A:Camp runs 8am-5pm. Most activities take place between 9:30am-3:30pm. All children must be picked up by 5pm.

Q:What happens if there is bad weather?
A:We have ample room for indoor activities when the weather is not suitable for outdoor play.

Q:What are your COVID-19 policies?
A:The school has and will continue to monitor and adapt to the coronavirus situation. ISM recently revised its COVID-19 plan, which is available to ISM families on the ISM website.

We are committed to ensuring students receive a safe and consistent education. The school follows State and/or Federal guidelines.

We reserve the right to close camp if staffing or policies require.

Q:Will lunch, snacks, and beverages be available?
A:The camp provides an AM and PM snack for the children. Milk is offered at each snack and meal. Campers should bring their own packed lunch.
