Age Groups

Q:What are the different age groups and how do I know which group my child is in?
A:Our summer camp caters to a diverse range of age groups, ensuring every child finds their place in our vibrant community. We offer 5 different groups that are based on age/grade. The Cubs Program are our 4 & 5 year old campers. Next, we have our Leos Program which are our elementary aged campers: Junior Leos are campers entering grades 1 & 2, Senior Leos are campers entering grades 3 & 4, and Winged Leos are campers entering grades 5 & 6. Lastly, we have our Leaders In Training (LIT) Program, which are campers entering grades 7 & 8.

Tuition

Q:What is the weekly tuition for this summer?
A:The weekly tuition for our different age groups are as follows:

Cubs ( 4 & 5 year olds): $450/week
Junior Leos (grades 1 & 2): $420/week
Senior Leos (grades 3 & 4): $420/week
Winged Leos (grades 5 & 6): $420/week
Leaders In Training (LITs): $420/week

Please note that some weeks are shorter due to holidays, and those weeks are prorated accordingly.

Registration Policy

Q:Do I have to sign up for a full week of camp?
A:Yes, we only offer five day camp weeks. The following weeks that are shorter due to holidays, and the rates for those weeks are prorated accordingly: Week 2 is a four day week (no camp on June 19th), Week 4 is a three day week (no camp on July 4th & 5th), and Week 7 is a four day week (no camp on July 24th).

Q:My child is 3 years old, are they eligible to register for the Cubs Program?
A:No, campers have to be at least 4 years old to participate in our Cubs Program.

Refund Policy

Q:What is your refund policy?
A:In order to receive a full refund, please contact us by Wednesday, May 15 to cancel your camper's registration. You can receive a 50% refund if you cancel two weeks prior to your first week of camp. Refunds will not be issued for camp days missed due to illness or other reasons. If you have any other questions regarding our refund policy, please contact Harper Lundquist, Director of SummerWorks, at harperlundquist@rowlandhall.org.

Waitlist

Q:Is there a waitlist option for weeks that fill up?
A:Yes! If a week fills up, you will have the option to be on the waitlist. If a family cancels their registration, the next family on the list will be sent an email letting them know they have an opportunity to take that spot. After the email is sent, families will have 2 days (48 hours) to decide before the spot will go to the next family on the list.

Specialty Camps

Q:Are there any specialty camps that will be offered this summer?
A:We are currently working on our programming for this summer, and we hope to have other specialty camps available. Details about specialty camps will be announced soon.

Q:Why can't I sign up for the YouCubed math camp?
A:We will be offering YouCubed again this summer. Families will be able to register for YouCubed at a later date. Details will be available soon.

Q:Will the math camp YouCubed by offered again this summer?
A:Yes, YouCubed will be offered again this summer! Dates and other details will be available soon.
