Frequently Asked Questions

Age Groups

Q:What are the different age groups and how do I know which group my child is in?
A:Our summer camp caters to a diverse range of age groups, ensuring every child finds their place in our vibrant community. We offer five different groups that are based on age/grade. The Cubs Program are our 4 & 5 year old campers. Next, we have our Leos Program which are our elementary aged campers: Junior Leos are campers entering grades 1 & 2, Senior Leos are campers entering grades 3 & 4, and Winged Leos are campers entering grades 5 & 6. Lastly, we have our Leaders In Training (LIT) Program, which are campers entering grades 7 & 8.

Extended Day Program

Q:Do you offer an after-camp care program?
A:Yes! Our after-camp care program, called Extended Day, runs from 4-5:30 pm.

After pick-up, all remaining campers are walked to the dining hall to check in for Extended. During this time, campers enjoy a relaxed afternoon with a snack and activities such as games, drawing or coloring, and outdoor play.

The weekly cost for a week of Extended Day is $115 (families need to pre-register). The drop-in rate is $30 per day.

Late Pick-Up Extended Fee Policy
If you are running late for Extended pick-up, please call our office at 801-924-2972. A late fee of $1 per minute per child will be charged for any pick-up after 5:30 pm. This fee will be added to your account, and you will receive an email notification.

We do not offer morning care before camp begins.

If a family cancels their registration, the next family on the list will be sent an email letting them know they have an opportunity to take that spot. After the email is sent, families will have 3 days (72 hours) to decide before the spot will go to the next family on the list.
