MN Office of Higher Education Summer Stipend App
Minnesota Office of Higher Education Summer Stipend is available to Minnesota residents in grades 3-11 who qualify for free/reduced lunch. Proof of GPA above 2.0 required for grades 7-11

PF-Passport Fund Application
The Passport Fund is CLV's umbrella scholarship application for youth overnight programs. Please fill out this short questionnaire, provide documentation of family AGI through the "Documentation of Income" document, and a personal statement from each participating child in the "Personal Statement" form. UPDATE: As of 2/22/24, scholarship funding for summer youth programming has been exhausted for all languages EXCEPT: Chinese, Danish, Finnish, German, Korean, Norwegian, and Swedish. We are no longer able to award funding in languages other than those listed.
