Summer@CMDS Permission SlipWe are excited to offer a special opportunity for rising 3rd–7th grade students during Summer@CMDS! Each Friday from 1:30–2:30 p.m., students will have the option to participate in a walking “field trip” to one of the following local establishments: Frost Bakery, Dinstuhl’s Fine Candy Company, or Novel Bookstore.
If you would like your child to participate, please ensure he or she brings sufficient funds to cover the cost of a snack or small item each week.
By selecting “Yes,” you grant permission for your child to walk with CMDS staff to and from these designated off-campus locations each Friday during Summer@CMDS. You also acknowledge and accept that reasonable precautions and supervision will be provided by CMDS staff, but that participation involves normal, inherent risks associated with walking and visiting public venues.
By selecting “No,” your child will remain on campus during this time and participate in popsicles with another group.
