Refund Policy
Cancellations from an event or rental may be made, but the guest or group will be at risk of losing any prior non-refundable deposits paid to Pocono Mountain Bible Conference prior to that point, as well as be held liable to pay deposits that were not paid, as stated in guest group contracts. Certain situations such as medical or family emergencies will be taken into consideration for an increased refund.
Any and all items purchased from the Camp Store are final. In some circumstances, exchanges may be made for another item of equal or lesser value, at the discretion of the PMBC staff overseeing the Camp Store at that time.
