Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for missed days of class.
Makeups can only be made if space allows in another group class and must be prearranged with the Coordinator (applies to Learn to Swim Only). All other classes don't have a makeup option because they only attend 1 day per week. All makeups must fit within the current semester.
Partnership requires 80% attendance or the family may owe the Partnership money for not attending class as the Partnerships are billed full price by us for each registered student.
A voucher to apply toward a future class at AU Pool may be issued if the student is unable to complete their class for an extenuating medical reason. Dr. Note will be required.
