Refund Policy
SUMMER CAMP
Deposits due at the time of registration:
$100 for each week of Day Camp, non-refundable
$175 for each week of Resident Camp, non-refundable
The balance of Day Camp fees is due before the first day of the Day Camp week.
The balance of Resident Camp fees is due May 1st.
Resident Camp cancellations prior to May 1 will receive a refund of all fees paid less a $175 administrative fee. No Resident Camp fees will be refunded after May 1.
AFTER SCHOOL
Supply Fee: At the time of registration, a $40 non-refundable annual supply fee is due. Registration Fee: At the time of registration, a $100 non-refundable registration fee is due. This amount will be applied to first accrued monthly After School charges.
PRESCHOOL
The annual supply fee and last month’s tuition are due at the time of registration. These fees are non-refundable once accepted into the program.
