Refund Policy
The Woods requires a $150 non-refundable deposit in order to confirm a camper registration.
Cancellation prior to a camper attending Camp will result in a partial to no refund depending on when camper cancels. (Go to thewoodscamp.org to read our cancellation policy.)
There will be no refund if a camper leaves their week of Camp early, regardless of whether they were sent home for disciplinary or health reasons or parents chose to pick them up.
