Refund Policy
Summer Camp Refund Policy
Schedule Changes and Cancellations: The Museum can grant refunds only when a cancellation is received before the cancellation date. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. Changes cannot be made after May 17, 2024. A $50.00 processing fee per camp is required for all refunds or changes.
Insufficient Registration: The Museum reserves the right to cancel a program two weeks before the start of the session. In this instance, participants will receive a full refund. Please allow 7-10 business days to process a refund.
