Refund Policy
All deposits for camps, retreats or events, once made, are considered non-refundable and are used for administrative costs as well as holding a spot in a camp, retreat or event; except where the camp, retreat or event needs to be cancelled, have a change of dates, or all available spots are full (e.g. a camper on the waiting list needs to be pulled or no spots are open).

All other payments made through this site may be refundable if the camp, retreat, event or an online store item has not been received. For example, if a camper must cancel a registration that has been paid in full, they would receive a full refund less the deposit.
