Once you have been accepted into the program and your plane ticket purchased – if you are from out of state, you have confirmed your spot.
PARENTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE AIRLINE TICKET IF THE CAMPER DOES NOT ATTEND.
This policy allows us to be accountable to our generous donors.
If your child can no longer attend camp, notify us as soon as possible.
