The non-refundable deposit fee will not be refunded for ANY reason other than Camp Blessing canceling camp. You may email us your refund request for the remaining payments beyond the non-refundable deposit fee. All postmarked requests prior to the cut off date will be honored. Full payment will be due by May 1st of the current year. Any cancellation beyond this date, not due to Camp Blessing, will result in the loss of all fees. Unless a 3rd party payer is involved, any payment that is not paid in full by May 1st of the current year, will result in the loss of your Camper's reservation.
Refunds will NOT be given if a child is sent home due to behavioral issues, sickness, or injury. Refunds will also NOT be given if a Camper decides to leave early/before the end of camp.

Refunds less any non-refundable fees will be considered on an individual basis. Unexpected illness etc. is refundable less any non-refundable fees. Cancelations within 30 days of summer camp will not be refundable for non medical reasons.
