Frequently Asked Questions

Cancellation

Q:What is your cancellation policy?
A:In the event of a medical emergency where a camper will not be able to attend his/her camp, registration fees will be refunded except for a $30 non-refundable registration fee. For non-emergency reasons, refunds will be given up to 14 days prior to the camper's chosen week, except for a $30 non-refundable registration fee.

Check out

Q:What time does my camper need to be picked up?
A:Parents are invited to attend a closing chapel beginning at 9:00am Saturday morning. Initiate ends on Thursday morning at 9:00am. Come in plenty of time to take pictures and meet your camper's counselor and friends. All campers should be picked up before 11:00. PLEASE make sure you check your child out before you leave. Someone should be by the camp entrance/office road to take care of this.

Communication

Q:How do I communicate with my child?
A:Parents can communicate with their campers through:

EMAIL your letters to mail@coomperstownbiblecamp.com with your child's name in the subject line. They will be printed by 4:00 pm and delivered during the evening meal. All letters are printed in black & white and must be sent before 4 or they will be delivered on the next day. Letters are not normally delivered on the last day of camp so anything that comes in after 4:00pm the day before the last day may not be delivered.

LETTERS & PACKAGES are given to the campers daily.  You may bring a letter or package for your camper when you come to registration and label the package with your campers name and the date you would like the package to be delivered. You may also mail a letter or package through USPS, UPS or FedEx.  We suggest mailing it early in the week so it arrives before your camper leaves. Our mail gets delivered about noon so anything that arrives after Friday will probably not get to your child before they leave.

A:We suggest $25 for spending. Each day campers will have the opportunity to purchase snacks from the canteen stocked with candy, pop and ice cream. The camp store also has clothing, souvenirs, toys, etc.
