Camp Sealth Camper Support Form 2024
The Camper Support Form is an way for parents to provide a more detailed explanation of their child's needs and how we can provide the best possible support during camp. This form is appropriate for youth who are neurodivergent, have disabilities or medical needs, who have social or emotional challenges, or any camper who anticipates having extra challenges or needs accommodations while attending camp. Due by June 15.
