Overnight Camps Tuition and Refund Policy

The $500 deposit is nonrefundable. If you are applying for campership (financial aid), the
deposit is fully refundable before March 1st, 2020. Tuition must be paid in full by March 1st. Failure to meet the payment deadline can result in cancellation of registration. For applicants who register later than March 1st, full tuition payment must accompany the registration. Failure to meet a payment deadline can result in cancellation of registration. If your teen is applying for the Tamarack Farm Camper Apprentice Program, the $500 deposit is fully refundable if you do not get into the program and cancel your registration.
If the registration for a prospective camper is withdrawn prior to March 1st all tuition payments will be refunded less the $500 deposit. After March 1st, Farm & Wilderness expects families to be responsible for the full tuition, except in cases of serious illness, injury, or family emergency. It is not possible to make any tuition reduction for arriving late or leaving early. There will be no refund if a camper is asked to leave during the session for an infraction of a camp rule, for disruptive behavior, or if a child is voluntarily withdrawn. Unpaid balances for any and all family members must be reconciled in order for a child to be registered.
