Refund Policy
For the 2022 camp season:

Deposits are required for each camper and for each session to be attended. (For example, if two (2) children from the same family are each attending two (2) sessions, two deposits are required.) Deposits are non-refundable. All cancellations must be in writing and submitted to the Executive Director. If cancellation occurs anytime prior to May 16th, 100% of the CAMP ENROLLMENT FEE (less the $50 early registration deposit or $250 general registration deposit) will be refunded without question. If cancellation occurs anytime between April 1st and April 30th, 40% of CAMP ENROLLMENT FEE will be withheld. If cancellation occurs anytime after May 1st, 100% of the CAMP ENROLLMENT FEE will be withheld. Cancellation of the LUNCH PLAN or either of the EXTENDED CARE options will result in a pro-rated refund, (less 1 week from the date of cancellation). For example if cancellation occurs during the 2nd week of camp, the pro-rated refund equal to 7 of the 8 remaining weeks will be returned. Partial tuition refunds for cancellations due to medical issues are considered on a case-by-case basis.
