Amigo Centre Refund Policies
HOSTED or GUEST GROUPS
Cancellation or Minimum Financial Guarantee Renegotiation Policy
The deposit may be refunded or the Minimum Financial Guarantee (MFG) may be renegotiated up to six months prior to your retreat. The deposit is nonrefundable and MFG nonnegotiable within the six month period before your retreat. If you do cancel during the six month period, your deposit is forfeited and you are responsible to pay the MFG.
AMIGO ADULT PROGRAMS
The deposit (varying amount) is non-refundable. In cases of medical emergency or illness it may be applied to another Amigo program.
AMIGO OUTDOOR EDUCATION GROUPS
Amigo Outdoor Education Groups pay only for those students who participate in the program.
AMIGO SUMMER CAMP
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a place in summer camp.
AMIGO WINTER YOUTH RETREATS
The $30 deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another individual.
All non-refundable deposits or payments are negotiable if due to accident, illness, or medical emergency. Written requests for refunds are required, and may be submitted by Amigo Staff when appropriate.
