Refund Policy
Payment/Refund/Cancellation Policy:
For our programs that require a deposit, this deposit is non-refundable.

For our programs that are funded through the Children Service Fund, a holding fee is required.
•This holding fee is $10.00 for each respite session and $25.00 for each camp session your camper is enrolled to attend.
•This fee must be paid in the form of a check.
•This check is not cashed unless there is a cancellation. If a camper’s reservation is cancelled, the holding check is cashed. If the camper attends the program, the holding check is returned to the parent/guardian at the program check-in.
