Refund Policy

South Central Conference Summer Camp Refund Policy:

If registration cancelled on or before May 1 - $50.00 cancellation fee

If registration cancelled after May 1 - $220.00 cancellation fee

After June 1 - No refunds for June Camps

After July 1 - No refunds

Refunds will only be made payable to the party that paid and in the same manner of payment. (credit card, check etc)
