Refund Policy
A refund of your Camper fee will be offered if the refund is requested two or more weeks before the start of the session AND one or more of the following apply:

• Your selected camp session is full and no alternative can be found

• Our application review group found that Camp Holiday Trails is not a match for your Camper and you have been referred to another camp.

• The Camper is unable attend due to illness or injury.
