Registration Fees and Deadlines
There is a one-time registration fee of $35 and a $75 non-refundable deposit per child per week that is applied to the total cost of each week’s program.
Full Payment for Early Registration 10% Discount: January 31
Total Payment is due by May 15th. Payments not received by May 15th can result in the loss of your deposit and your reserved space.
Refund Policy
Refunds minus your deposit and registration fee are available up to April 1. After April 1 there are no refunds.
Important Health Form Information
For the safety of all children in our camp, and in compliance with our camp license, campers are not allowed to attend camp without their health forms. If for some reason a child arrives to camp with their forms at the start of camp, we reserve the right to request 24 hours to process those forms and deny participation in camp for the first day.
If your camper attended Evergreen School or camp last year, we will re-use your health forms. We will notify within a week of registration if they need to be updated.
