Refund Policy

Cancellations made between:
Registration - March 31st = Full refund (minus non-refundable deposit)
April 1st - 30th = 80% refund
May 1st - 31st = 50% refund
June 1st till the start of the session = No refund unless we are able to fill the spot

Ice Only Camp non-refundable deposit: $100
Day Camp non-refundable deposit: $150
Overnight Camp non-refundable reservation deposit: $250
If we fill your space before the start of camp, we will provide a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit at any of the above tiers. Families receiving financial assistance are eligible for a full refund regardless of the time of cancellation.
For families needing to cancel their reservation for a medical or family emergency, please reach out to our team to discuss your specific situation. You may also consider purchasing (3rd party) trip insurance. See below for more information.
All changes to reservations can be made by calling (886)-212-9778 or sending an email to If you cancel a class on your own, the system will default to giving you credit for future classes.
Cancellations made within 3 days of registering will always be honored and refunded in full.
If your child tests positive for Covid-19 (or otherwise does not pass the required daily screening) during their pre-camp observation period, you will have the following tuition options:
Full refund minus your deposit
Tuition credit for a future program (with the option to move into a later session provided there is space available and your camper is able to pass required health checks at that time)
Full or partial tuition donation
If North American Preparatory Hockey Academy cancels a session after it has begun, we are unable to guarantee refunds. By the time camp is in session, we have incurred all of our expenses. We will do our best to provide partial refunds if and when possible - especially for families experiencing financial duress - but we cannot make any promises.
You may wish to buy trip insurance to protect your tuition fees. Make sure to read through any policy carefully you consider to understand the extent and limitations of their coverage. Many companies require you to purchase insurance within a short window (20 days) after your first tuition payment, so make sure to do your research ahead of time.
North American Preparatory Hockey Academy does not partner with or recommend any specific insurance company.

Cancellations 30 or more days from the start of the program will be fully refunded minus the deposit, which covers the costs of credit card fees and registration).
Cancellations within 30 days of the start of a program can only be refunded if another student can be found to fill the spot.
